Job summary

&Dave is seeking an experienced Senior Designer who balances strategic thinking first with exceptional hands-on craft, translating briefs into bold, cohesive visual systems. Working closely with our Creative Director and wider team, you will shape brand worlds across campaigns, art direction, digital, motion thinking, and AI integration, mentoring junior designers along the way.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Designer within branding or design agency.
Strong strategic intuition for audience, positioning and context.
Portfolio showing end-to-end identity design, art direction, campaigns, and digital execution.

Responsibilities

Interrogate brand strategy and bridge narrative concepts to visual expression.
Create scalable visual identity systems for campaigns and digital touchpoints.
Direct photoshoots, spatial assets and AI workflows within the built environment.
Work with clients from day one, presenting ideas with strategic clarity and building trust.
Lead projects from discovery through final delivery.
Mentor mid-weight and junior designers.
