Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a Senior Designer with strong static and motion design skills to shape the club’s commercial creative work. You will lead projects from concept to delivery, guide other designers, and collaborate across Sales, Strategy, Activation and Marketing to raise the standard of our creative output.

The role requires a strong portfolio, agency or in‑house experience, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Show a strong commercial portfolio with original thinking and craft.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to final delivery in agency or in‑house.
• Solid typography, layout, image selection and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to present concepts and justify creative decisions.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring other designers.
• Knowledge of production needs across digital, print and motion.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Frame.io experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead static and motion projects from brief to final production and delivery.
• Develop ideas for new business proposals, activations and retail campaigns.
• Create campaigns, visuals and video content with strong storytelling.
• Build visual identities and design systems across digital, print, film and spaces.
• Collaborate with cross‑club teams to develop and deliver work.
• Present concepts clearly and respond to feedback constructively.
• Guide other designers and manage multiple briefs to on‑time delivery.
