Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director with a passion for design across digital and print and a track record of shaping memorable brands, particularly in health and wellness spaces. You’ll work within Twelve to deliver meaningful work and contribute to a positive, growth‑driven team culture.

Responsibilities

• Bring big ideas and craft to a wide variety of projects; inspire and mentor junior creatives; lead from the front when needed.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, balance multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Act as a confident storyteller to guide clients through the creative journey; build trust and spark excitement.
• Collaborate with clients, strategists, writers, and account teams to deliver integrated design that meets objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience developing and designing creative campaigns.
• Strong understanding of both print and digital production with a sharp eye for how design comes to life across touchpoints.
• Comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Natural team player with positivity, curiosity, and proactive problem‑solving.
