WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Designer to lead the design process of highly innovative cycling apparel collections from conceptualization through to completion.

The Senior Designer will have the natural ability to blend creative vision with technical knowledge and experience.

They will play a pivotal role in evaluating our Brand’s perception and apparel product portfolio.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Senior Designer of Apparel you will be responsible for:

1. Creating compelling design solutions and support the Global Design Director and design team with design workload management.
2. Able to manage the more challenging and complex design briefs.
3. Collaborate across multiple areas to ensure alignment, engage, inspire and mentor within the Design team.
4. Responsible for conceptualising and delivering against Brand seasonal creative direction and product briefs, whilst maintaining Brand DNA, VBL and guidelines.
5. Responsible for own portfolio of work ensuring that the brand DNA, creative direction and seasonal strategies are implemented through all concepts and designs.
6. Research and contribute in the creation of seasonal creative direction, trend overviews, colours and mood boards.
7. Support Design Director in the implementation and achievement of pre-determined sustainability goals as dictated by the business.
8. Support the career development of Designers within category to foster better understanding of both processes and brand.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in designing sports or activewear apparel, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
3. Proficient in fabric, material, and textile technologies used in sports apparel.
4. Expertise in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, 3D etc.).
5. Strong understanding of garment construction, patterning, and manufacturing processes.
6. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
7. Passion for sports, fitness, and understanding of athlete needs.
