Enthuse is a nonprofit software leader delivering donations, event registration and fundraising tools used by thousands of charities. As Senior Designer, you will shape the product design system, mentor a small team, and partner with Engineering to ship accessible, high‑quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product, Digital or UX/UI Designer
• Proven experience with design systems and AI-enabled design
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking
• Mentoring experience and people skills
• Clear ability to communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter with autonomous work style

Responsibilities

• Own the design craft across the product from flows to visual language
• Lead and grow a small design team including a Product Designer
• Evolve design philosophy through components, tokens and documentation
• Partner with Engineering to ensure designs ship
• Use Gen AI as a collaboration tool for exploration and iteration
• Champion accessibility, performance and inclusive design
• Bring commercial judgement to design decisions
