We’re on the hunt for a Senior Designer to join us in our Leicester office.

You will work with krow across an exciting roster of clients and in every channel imaginable.

Role

We’re looking for a talented and eager senior designer to play an integral role within our agency. Someone with a strong drive to bring ideas to life. A collaborative team player with a hands-on, focused approach to creative problem-solving, dedicated to fulfilling briefs and delivering design excellence. And with no unnecessary hierarchical layers of authority within the agency, they will get to take on lots of responsibility and have client exposure. They will also have plenty of opportunities to work on new business and pitches.

What is takes to become a senior designer at krow

• Experience in creating standout through-the-line brand campaigns.
• Experience working with retail brands and other organizations that require cohesive design work in multiple channel .
• A portfolio that shows you have broad experience and the ability to create standout design work.
• Experience working in a fast-moving integrated creative agency.
• Ability as a designer across different channels, whether it’s a billboard, digital banner, social post or TV graphic.
• A solid working knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Motion design skills would be beneficial.
• A collaborative nature – You’ll work closely with creatives, studio and account teams to create impactful work across our clients.
