Your role in the Team's Success

You will shape our visual identity across all touchpoints, translating complex financial concepts into engaging visual narratives. The role requires a visionary and strategic designer, capable of leading visual and motion design efforts.

What you'll do

• Create compelling visual designs for digital marketing, CRM, social media, and performance channels
• Maintain brand consistency across formats and audiences
• Collaborate with content teams to develop cohesive marketing materials
• Provide art direction and feedback to team members
• Contribute to conceptual development for marketing campaigns
• Present design concepts to stakeholders
• Stay updated with digital design trends
• Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met
• Support translation of campaign concepts into assets

What you'll need for this role

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in digital marketing-focused graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility
