Location: 12 Bishop's Bridge Rd, Greater London W2 6AA

Reporting to: Head of Design

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join a growing, award-winning, creative team with big ambitions. Working on everything from print, digital and experiential, the Senior Designer will report into the Head of Design and will manage and mentor at least one direct report, but we’ll want your impact felt across the team. Collaborating talent across the agency as well as external partners and freelance resource, the Senior designer will be responsible for driving the vision of their allocated brands delivering an industry-leading design product each and every time.

We’re looking for someone who loves design, someone who notices the little things in life, the weird, the quirky, someone with a relentless passion for ‘what good looks like’. You have natural instinct and flair for making the ordinary look extraordinary, you’ll be a master of your craft, one who can bring a different perspective to each challenge and (like us) won’t settle until it’s right.

You’re going to be a figure head in the team and others will look to you for guidance and opinion, so you’ll need to be diplomatic and brave, you’ll instinctively know when to listen and when to speak up. You won’t be afraid to say you don’t know, but you will then go and figure it out.

What we’ll need you to do:

• Translate our brand strategies and insights into visually stunning ideas
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences
• Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media
• Have the ability to generate original ideas and visual concepts that are innovative and on brand
• Demonstrate the resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
• Direct internal and external creative resource; film teams, animators, illustrators, copywriters
• Take responsibility for and mentor junior members of the team
• Manage multiple projects from design concept through completion
• Be passionate about contributing to building our agency culture
• Be confident and articulate to share ideas internally and externally as part of a wider project team

What you’re going to need to bring.

• A passion for brand building
• A desire to work in healthcare and and interest to build knowledge of the landscape
• An excellent grasp of industry and cultural trends
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating creativity and clear design thinking
• Experience creating and collaborating to deliver integrated 360º marketing campaigns in; advertising, branding, experiential, moving image, digital and print.
• Some proven experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Provide clear creative direction and timely feedback
• Strong attention to detail/consistency of design
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite/Figma
