Description

Join the growing London Design team at Tétris as a Senior Interior Designer.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in workplace design — a confident, self-motivated designer who sees design as a vocation and is ready to step into a senior role within a global organisation.

You’ll lead high-quality, story-led projects across the professional services sector, helping to shape how our clients think about space, experience, and performance. You’ll bring excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and communicate ideas clearly.

This is a hands-on role — you’ll be actively involved in projects from pitch through to delivery, with the credibility and clarity to lead conversations at all levels. As a senior team member, you’ll also help shape a positive and inspiring design culture, supporting less experienced designers and collaborating closely with colleagues across Tétris, JLL, and our wider consultant and supplier network.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Design Director to secure and deliver high profile projects
- Contribute to all project phases: strategy, test fits, schematic plans and conceptual designs, design development, collaborating with multiple disciplines
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing dedicated support to their internal teams.
- Direct project teams in managing all design aspects, including the creation of drawings, design coordination, and technical documentation
- Produce engaging graphic presentations for clients during live project stages
- Assist in developing compelling, work-winning pitches to high-profile clients.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, details and specifications
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to achieve project objectives
- Lead and deliver innovative workplace design projects from concept to completion
- Ensure projects are not only aesthetically pleasing and functional but also financially profitable.
-Identify and report risks to the Design Director, operating in compliance with ethical practices.
-Continually enhance your design skills, staying abreast of external market trends.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Interior Design from a recognised institution
- Minimum 6 years' experience in commercial/workplace interior design, from concept through to completion
- Strong understanding of the UK commercial interiors landscape
- Prior experience in Design & Build, with clear knowledge of project delivery within that model
- Strong Revit skills are essential
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- Excellent design communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of FF&E, materials, and finishes specification
- Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and buildability
- Experience in pitching and presenting ideas in pitch environments to high-profile clients, showcasing strong presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with senior clients and stakeholders
- Strong storytelling ability — able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Positive, driven, and calm under pressure — able to manage multiple workstreams
- Collaborative and communicative — builds strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
- Skilled at aligning stakeholders and bringing people with you
- Invested in personal and team development — contributes to a positive design culture
