My client is currently looking for a Lead Designer who is passionate about elevating user centricity within the company and its products.
Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Drive deep user research on a global level and connect your findings with actionable steps, managing your stakeholders accordingly.
- Run ideation and discovery workshops to collaborate with tech, product, design, and research teams.
- Understand the business holistically to drive innovation within product and design.
- Support the growth and development of the team.
We are a match if you have:
- 5+ years of UX/UI/product design experience.
- 2+ years of design leadership experience.
- A coaching and servant leadership mindset.
Note: This is a 6-month contract role starting ASAP.
