Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Senior MEP Design Manager to lead the MEP design process across major London construction projects, from pre-construction through delivery. You will shape technical strategy, review designs, and manage risks to ensure coordinated, compliant outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with clients and consultants, drive value engineering without compromising quality, and ensure adherence to Building Safety Act and CDM Regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading MEP design on complex construction projects.
• Strong pre-construction and technical risk experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness, including consultant fee management.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services; Chartered/Incorporated status or working towards it.
