A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Design Manager to oversee projects valued from £1m to £15m across Bedfordshire, the Home Counties, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire and North London. The role is based in Luton with time split between the head office, project sites and client locations.

Qualifications

• Solid design management experience with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Track record on £1m–£15m schemes.
• Knowledge of traditional and Design & Build procurement.
• Experience coordinating consultants, specialist subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage design process from tender to handover.
• Oversee design delivery across multiple live projects.
• Chair design meetings and align information with programme.
• Review drawings for buildability and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with Employer's Requirements and regulations.
