Senior Design Manager – Bespoke Residential

Salary: £90,000 + Package + Bonus
Location: West London

A successful and expanding residential developer is looking for a Senior Design Manager to work on the company’s most luxurious projects in West London. With some of the world's finest and most exotic materials being used and modern methods of construction being implemented, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

• Residential project experience (ideally multi-unit)
• Experience working for a residential developer in a design/technical/development role
• Track record of technical delivery
• Man-management
• 5+ years of UK construction experience
