We're looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our Construction team based in Southampton.

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Design Manager, you'll be working within the Design team, supporting them on projects across various sectors including Commercial, Public Sector, and Health.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Management and delivery of design information in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Providing design input during preconstruction and construction phases.
  • Producing design programmes, scopes, responsibility matrices, appointments, and schedules.
  • Attending and chairing meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
