Multi-million pound expansion and refurbishment of an existing laser facility in Oxford.

You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes.

You’ll need to have
  • Relevant built environment experience to manage the discharge of building regulations principal designer duties on behalf of Mace.
  • Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the life sciences sector.
You’ll also have
  • Deep construction and consultancy expertise.
  • Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health & safety legislation.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
