Kier Group is seeking a Senior Design Manager in the South East to lead engineering design delivery across water and wastewater projects within the AMP8 framework. You will manage design teams, ensure quality, and drive innovative, sustainable solutions for communities served by Southern Water.
Based with flexible remote options, you will collaborate with discipline leads, support Design Managers, and travel as required to project sites across Falmer, Chichester, and Kent.
Location: Falmer, Brighton / Chatham, Kent / Chichester, West Sussex - some remote working available
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Kier has been appointed by Southern Water Services to their £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework for Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8). This exciting opportunity offers an initial seven-year term, with the option to extend for a further five years. You'll be working on projects that truly make a difference - increasing capacity at water supply and wastewater treatment sites, whilst improving water safety, quality, recycling, and resilience. Our work serves 2.5 million households and treats wastewater from over 4.7 million homes across a network spanning 53,470 km of pipelines.
