Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and design processes with design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Review consultant detail designs and subcontractor designs for compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain fully coordinated design packages and ensure timely handovers to Commercial and Construction teams.
• Monitor subcontractor design approvals and keep an up-to-date approvals schedule in line with the build programme.
• Coordinate information flow to Planning Authorities and Building Control for submissions and approvals.
• Attend site meetings and undertake site visits as required to support construction works.
• Compile H&S files and O&M manuals and ensure documentation is available for handovers.
