Lead a small creative team within a UK marketing function and set direction across digital and print assets for paid social, email, web, and campaigns. The ideal candidate has senior design experience, staff leadership skills, and a strong portfolio in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design experience with leadership/management preferred.
• Strong hands-on design skills across digital and print.
• Experience with B2B marketing and SaaS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team, including two videographers.
• Set creative direction and maintain a high standard of output.
• Manage and prioritise briefs across the marketing function.
