Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Senior Design Executive to join us. You will be working closely with the Head of Design and supporting the creation of marketing materials and sales support for various print and digital formats for our UK Private Markets business. This may include marketing literature, PowerPoints, advertising, assets for online and in-person events, social media, video editing, and animation. You will play a lead role as brand champion for design across LGIM, ensuring that the brand visual identity is applied consistently and effectively.

What you'll be doing:

1. Design and update marketing materials for print and digital formats, including literature, advertising, assets for events, social media, video editing, and animation.
2. Create and develop RFP and pitch templates, and work on new business opportunities and submissions for the UK Private Markets team.
3. Help apply, monitor, and promote the brand across all communications.
4. Regularly check LGIM's social media channels to ensure visual identity consistency.
5. Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
6. Ensure materials comply with regulations, are clear, fair, and adhere to brand guidelines.
7. Liaise with agency partners, printers, and suppliers as required.
8. Use software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Acrobat DC to produce marketing materials.

Qualifications: Who we're looking for:

1. 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
4. Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Acrobat DC.
5. Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
6. Strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
7. Knowledge of UX/UI design.
8. Basic web design skills.
9. Ability to follow brand guidance and suggest improvements when appropriate.
