Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm that is recruiting for a Senior Design Executive to join its Bristol office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Sitting within the Brand and Communications Team, the role holder will collaborate with various teams and work on internal briefs across the firm.

The Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and production of high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and illustrations for both digital and print channels.
2. Ensure consistent application and evolution of brand identity across all materials and platforms.
3. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies while mentoring junior team members to strengthen design capabilities.
4. Oversee multiple design projects, maintaining timelines, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives.
5. Enhance the firm’s digital presence and maintain a well-organised library of design assets.
6. Influence brand strategy, contribute to innovative marketing efforts, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a globally connected firm.

The Candidate:

1. Strong digital and print design skills with a creative portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience in animation and video production.
2. Familiarity with asset and templating systems, with added value from experience in platforms like Papirfly or Foleon.
3. Excellent attention to detail, original thinking, and the ability to design engaging presentations and support colleagues in enhancing their visual communication.
