Job Description:

• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings of powertrain components (e.g., engine cases, cylinder heads, crankshafts, transmission gears, covers, intakes, and exhausts).
• Create assemblies and integrate them into complete motorcycle models, ensuring compatibility and packaging feasibility.
• Support the design and development of internal combustion engines and hybrid/electric powertrains.
• Perform tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, testing, procurement, and vehicle integration.
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback from simulation, validation, and prototype testing.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of CAD design experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Proficiency with PTC Creo.
• Strong understanding of powertrain systems and mechanical design principles.
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
