Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead and oversee multi-disciplinary building envelope design on major construction projects. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical solutions, mentoring junior engineers and integrating BIM workflows with DPDelivery practices.

You will review inputs, coordinate with project teams and ensure design solutions meet regulatory and client requirements while driving continuous improvement across the Engineering Services team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural or building envelope engineering on complex construction projects.
• Degree or equivalent in civil/structural/building services engineering.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., MICE, RIBA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed engineering designs for building envelope and related systems.
• Review inputs from junior engineers and sub-contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to resolve design challenges and optimise constructability.
• Produce technical reports, calculations and documentation to support design and compliance.
