THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to join our growing Design Office team. Reporting to the Chief Designer, you will work on primary whole-car design projects.

The responsibilities include:

1. Delivering innovative engineering solutions.
2. Designing advanced models and drawings of car components and chassis.
3. Verifying designs through calculations, analysis, and CAE.
4. Ensuring design success from inception to production.
5. Collaborating with the Chief Designer and Engineers to optimize design for maximum performance.
6. Applying knowledge of material science and mechanical engineering to solve complex problems.
7. Supporting and mentoring Junior Designers alongside the Chief Designer.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We seek a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• BEng or MEng in Motorsport, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of 3D CAD, preferably CATIA V5.
• Understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials.
• Meticulous attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a similar competitive environment.
• Capable of delivering high standards under strict deadlines.
• Shared determination to achieve excellent results.
