Job description

We’re working in partnership with a fast-growing architectural practice based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Senior Design Architect to support the Director across early-stage design and client engagement.

This role will see you working closely with the Director, leading on client briefings, concept design, and feasibility across RIBA Stages 0–3. The studio is known for its diverse portfolio, which spans luxury residential, education, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use schemes.

We’re looking for a creative and confident Architect with 5–10 years post-Part III experience, ideally with strong front-end design skills and a flair for presentation work. Proficiency in SketchUp is essential, and experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly desirable.

The practice fosters a collaborative, team-oriented environment, and as such, the role will be fully office-based.
Quick progression to Associate level is on offer for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:

• ARB/RIBA registered Architect with 5–10 years post-Part III
• Strong concept design and client-facing skills
• Confident working across RIBA Stages 0–3
• Proficiency in SketchUp essential; Rhino and Grasshopper desirable
• Passion for high-quality design across varied sectors
