Job summary

Partou UK Limited is hiring a Nursery Senior Deputy Manager for Radcliffe Road Day Nursery & Pre-school in Nottingham. This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week, with a base salary of £32,198 plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. You will support the Nursery Manager to deliver high-quality care and EYFS-aligned education.

You will lead a team, uphold safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with families while driving professional development through Partou Academy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Nursery Manager to run the setting.
• Ensure children engage in stimulating activities aligned with EYFS.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality early years education.
• Build partnerships with families and childcare colleagues.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
