A healthcare organization in Shetland seeks a Senior Dental Officer to lead clinical efforts while mentoring a team. This full-time role includes clinical care responsibilities and strategic service involvement with an attractive salary of £84,180 - £98,460 and various allowances. Senior Dental Officer (Ref: 226376). Combined Clinical, Leadership & Management Role. Substantive, full-time 37.5 hours per week. Salary £84,180 - £98,460 per annum plus allowances. We are a progressive Public Dental Service with modern, well-equipped surgeries providing essential dental services to a remote and rural area. A strong focus on patient-centred care and continuous professional development is at our core.
The service includes dentists, therapists, dental nurses, oral health advisors and dedicated dental support staff. The service maintains strong links with secondary care and a collaborative approach to patient care.
