About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead a team of Demand Planners, driving excellence in our planning function while supporting the Category Demand Planning Manager. You\'ll develop others, oversee product assortment performance, and manage improvement projects that enhance Ocado\'s multi-channel supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in demand planning and forecasting, ensuring product availability while managing stock and purge targets.
• Act as a subject matter expert in promotional and seasonal planning.
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Deputise for the Category Demand Planning Manager, contributing to operational improvements and team development.
• Manage training, development, and progression of Demand Planners, championing best practice and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning, or volume planning within FMCG or e-commerce.
• Hands-on leadership experience with direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercially minded, data-driven approach.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
