Key Skills / Experience

Extensive experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments

Proven track record of delivering complex front-office change projects across the full delivery lifecycle

Strong knowledge of derivatives and risk measures, with an understanding of how financial instruments are priced and traded

Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with Quants, Traders, Risk, Finance, and Technology

Leadership experience in managing cross-functional and global project teams

Confident communicator with experience working with governance frameworks and executive stakeholders

Ability to work across multiple time zones with remote delivery teams

Nice To Have

Expertise in FX and Equity Derivatives markets

Experience with front-to-back regulatory initiatives

Familiarity with external vendor engagement

Experience managing budgets and financial oversight within major programmes

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering front-office valuation and risk change programmes across all asset classes

Managing strategic projects that improve risk reporting frameworks and support regulatory compliance

Leading cross-functional project teams (Quant, Tech, Trading, Risk, Finance) across global locations (New York, Toronto, London, Hong Kong)

Partnering with Quant teams and technology leads to drive delivery to time and budget

Overseeing project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications at all levels

Supporting the implementation of new products and ensuring alignment with front-office and validation frameworks

Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery practices within the front-office change function
