Our Delivery Operations Team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager (Program Manager) to join us!

The Senior Delivery Manager will serve a strategic role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects on time and within scope. This role involves driving the delivery framework, managing complex dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing visibility and accountability to stakeholders. The Senior Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior leadership to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Your day-to-day

  • Define, implement, and continuously refine the delivery framework to support high-quality, timely project outcomes;
  • Ensure alignment of delivery practices with organizational strategy and objectives;
  • Foster a culture of excellence in delivery, setting standards for quality, transparency, and accountability;
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies to ensure seamless execution of initiatives;
  • Maintain a comprehensive risk register, tracking potential risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place;
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and escalation point, providing clear updates on delivery performance and timelines;
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to ensure alignment on priorities and goals;
  • Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, tailoring messages for clarity and impact;
  • Provide in-depth visibility into project progress through regular reporting, emphasizing transparency;
  • Use KPIs and data analysis to measure delivery effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery;
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Mentor and guide junior delivery managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture;
  • Actively contribute to organizational growth by sharing expertise and best practices.

Your background and mindset

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery;
  • Expertise in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and delivery best practices;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex cross-functional teams and dependencies;
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities, with attention to detail;
  • Significant experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other process management systems;
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and teams;
  • Skilled in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decisions and insights;
  • Committed to understanding customer behavior and its impact on business outcomes;
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines;
  • Team player who works well across the organization to achieve goals;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Experience in iGaming or a similar fast-paced industry
