This role is perfect for a confident, no-nonsense Delivery Manager who gets things done!

With a plethora of complex projects and programmes happening across this business, I am looking for multiple Delivery Managers to join them at an extremely busy, challenging, yet exciting time for the organisation.

My client is a household name in the UK, and IT and Tech are at the core of their operations. They are continuously striving to improve and evolve their applications and processes. We are seeking a top-notch Project Manager to deliver high-impact business change projects and programmes across the entire business. It's a fast-paced environment where requirements can change at a moment's notice, so thriving in such an environment is essential.

If you're a results-driven, seasoned Team Leader who works well under pressure and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to challenging delivery environments, look no further!

You will have excellent organizational skills to manage team capacity and support planning across projects. Most importantly, you will possess top-notch stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact, engage, and challenge senior business management or even C-Suite executives when required to get things done. You will be a solutions-focused manager with confidence, charisma, and flawless decision-making skills. You will stand your ground when needed, taking ownership of delivery, sometimes without relying solely on formal processes.

I don't mind what sector background you come from, as long as you have a proven track record in managing the work of teams within a complex, enterprise environment! Ideally, you will have a background in Project Management and be comfortable with tools such as Jira to track team work.

You will be extremely confident in your approach. A natural leader and communicator, you will be comfortable pushing back when needed to ensure the right outcomes. You will be adept at navigating shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs with confidence and control. You will approach your work with urgency, accountability, and a sense of control, inspiring and motivating others around you.
