Job summary

E.ON UK is seeking a proactive Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Green Funding Solutions programmes, including Warm Homes schemes. You will manage strategic relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to secure long‑term, high‑value outcomes and oversee energy efficiency and renewables projects for commercial success.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, Scheme Managers and Project Administrators, ensuring strong governance and a smooth customer journey

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing senior customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong strategic partnering, commercial and contract management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programmes successfully.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients—ranging from Directors to operational project staff.
• Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with clients and contractors to support funding programmes.
• Lead complex delivery programmes, meeting volume and commercial targets.
• Manage and inspire a team of Project Managers, Scheme Managers and Project Administrators.
• Ensure adherence to agreed processes for a smooth customer journey and governance.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and programme outcomes to senior leadership.
