Job summary

The role focuses on building strategic client relationships, delivering complex programmes and achieving commercial targets. Candidates should have proven programme management experience within retrofit, energy efficiency or renewable energy sectors and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing senior customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong strategic partnering, commercial and contract management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programmes successfully.
• Knowledge of retrofit, energy efficiency and/or renewable energy sector.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and programme management capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships, from Board level to operational teams.
• Build long‑term partnerships with clients, contractors and delivery partners.
• Lead complex programmes, delivering against operational, volume and commercial targets.
• Manage, motivate and develop Project Managers, Scheme Managers and Project Administrators.
• Drive continuous improvement, best practice and efficient customer journeys.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and effective risk management.
• Report programme performance and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.
