Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. This full-time position is based at our site in Reading.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We seek an experienced Programme Manager to serve as Delivery Lead for a major bid. The role requires DV clearance, with time provided for the right candidate to obtain it.

The candidate should have extensive experience in delivering large-scale service and delivery programmes and leading large bids. The bid will be based near CGI’s Reading office, with some time on the client site.

Experience delivering programmes including Applications Integration, Security, Testing Services, and potentially Infrastructure Services is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery management for the bid.
• Oversee and manage workstreams led by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Take ownership of the Service Solution and Delivery Solution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Strong background in Defence and Enterprise Business Systems.
• Proven expertise in Project & Service Delivery.
• Extensive experience in large bid management.
• Contract and commercial management skills.
• Excellent client and supplier relationship management skills.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing large infrastructure services programmes.
• In-depth knowledge of applications integration services.
• Understanding of desktop and hosting infrastructure services.
• Track record of managing Agile delivery programmes.
