Job summary

CreateFuture, a UK-based AI-native consulting partner, is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end outcomes across scope, time, budget and quality. You will bring control and transparency to engagements, and use AI to focus teams on high-value work.

Qualifications

• Proven project/delivery management experience in a consultancy/client services based model.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project discovery or strategy work.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes end-to-end across scope, time, budget and quality.
• Manage timelines and track milestones across time, budget and quality.
• Lead team performance and delivery health, escalate risks as needed.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Provide regular progress updates and remove blockers to support the team.
