Carnival UK is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the transformation of our flight booking services, ensuring seamless guest journeys from home to ship. This role is pivotal in delivering complex, high-impact technology solutions that connect air travel with our cruise operations.

Were hiring for a Senior Product Manager, but were advertising it as a Delivery Manager because we want to speak directly to people who are passionate about making things happen.

This role is all about end-to-end ownership: from shaping product direction to ensuring smooth delivery with cross-functional teams. Youll be the person who connects the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical executionleading delivery while influencing product strategy.

As we modernize our legacy systems, this role will focus on orchestrating the delivery of integrated, scalable, and resilient flight solutions. Youll work across teams to ensure that our guests experience a smooth and coordinated transition from air to sea.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of technology solutions that support flight booking and integration with cruise operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs and guest expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to refine delivery processes and enhance service quality.
  • Travel: Occasional international travel to ships and ports, including some evening and weekend work.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering complex technology solutions in a matrixed environmentideally involving travel, leisure, or hospitality.
  • Strong track record of managing delivery across the full lifecyclefrom planning to implementation and optimisation.
  • Experience working in scenarios involving coordination between multiple transport or service providers.
  • Agile delivery expertise with relevant certifications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
