Description
The GovPass Programme within the GPA is modernising Access Control Systems across their UK property estate. Delivering a new standard for card encryption, security standards and greater workforce flexibility through innovative technology. GovPass is actively improving access for civil servants across UK's most iconic buildings and departments, with clear ambition and investment to expand.
The Senior Delivery Manager (Operations) is a vital leadership role within the GovPass programme itself.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall Service Operation, providing leadership and strategy across the Operations team and complete oversight of technical services. They will own the planning and onboarding of new sites as part of the expansion, in concert with the site delivery. They will be a catalysing force in the daily operation of the GovPass service and seek to continuously improve operational efficiencies as the programme expands its footprint.
