Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to drive delivery on a Salesforce CRM Programme across multiple workstreams. This hybrid role requires strong Agile delivery experience and the ability to manage complex projects through System Integrators. Candidates should demonstrate proven stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of transforming business needs into technical execution. The contract is for 3 months at £700 per day.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum/SAFe), ideally in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience delivering through System Integrators or suppliers.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Ensure SI delivery aligns with the client's governance and agile best practices.
• Lead daily stand-ups, manage RAID logs, and track dependencies and milestones.
• Maintain delivery plans for Change, Testing, Release, and Transition to Live.
• Provide sprint updates, ensure sign-off of deliverables, and support retrospectives.
• Report to SROs and steering groups; coach internal teams on agile delivery.

Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector client to recruit a Senior Delivery Lead to drive delivery across multiple workstreams on a Salesforce CRM Programme, working closely with a System Integrator (SI). We're seeking a seasoned Agile practitioner with a strong track record of delivering complex CRM projects through SIs or suppliers.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Ensure SI delivery aligns with the client's governance and agile best practices.
