Our client, a digital services consultancy that combines data, human-centred design, and software engineering to deliver impactful solutions, is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex digital projects, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and shape the way services are delivered across the UK.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds teams together – coaching, guiding, and enabling success in a fast-paced Agile environment. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, designers, and analysts to keep delivery on track and outcomes aligned with what users really need.

What you’ll do:

• Drive delivery of digital products and services with energy and precision
• Run Agile ceremonies and coach teams on delivery best practices
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep everyone aligned
• Identify risks, unblock issues and enable continuous improvement
• Support and grow your team through line management and mentorship

What you bring:

• Proven experience leading complex digital projects in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, Lean or similar frameworks
• Confidence in managing client relationships and mixed teams
• Practical knowledge of user-centred design principles
• A calm, confident presence that motivates and supports others
