Job description

Morgan Hunt is working with a large public sector client to recruit a Senior Delivery Lead to drive delivery across multiple workstreams on a Salesforce CRM Programme, working closely with a System Integrator (SI). We are seeking a seasoned Agile practitioner with a strong track record of delivering complex CRM projects through SIs or suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Ensure SI delivery aligns with the client's governance and agile best practices.
• Lead daily stand-ups, manage RAID logs, and track dependencies and milestones.
• Maintain delivery plans for Change, Testing, Release, and Transition to Live.
• Provide sprint updates, ensure sign-off of deliverables, and support retrospectives.
• Report to SROs and steering groups; coach internal teams on agile delivery.

What You'll Need

• Strong hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum/SAFe), ideally through Salesforce.
• UK Government Experience.
• Experience delivering through System Integrators or suppliers.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Contract duration: 3 months
£700 Per Day
