Job summary

A technology consultancy is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery in a hybrid role based in Leeds. The successful candidate will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders in a complex policy-driven environment. A competitive daily rate of £550-600 is offered for this 10-month contract role.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who can bring structure, energy, and a clear Agile mindset to a strategic and high-impact area of work. This isn't a live product delivery role, it's about leading through influence, collaboration, and design-thinking in a complex policy and data-driven environment.

You'll be helping a cross-government team move from vision to action, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams to support upcoming White Paper goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead Agile delivery across a multi-disciplinary team (data, design, architecture, policy)

• Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, coordinating priorities and dependencies

• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders

• Support the team in delivering through influence, not control, by enabling and unblocking

• Bring delivery discipline, structure, and pace to a complex strategic space

• Be part of a supportive Delivery Manager community

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading Agile delivery, ideally using Scrum or similar frameworks

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, you'll bring people together to get things done

• Ability to deliver in non-product environments, where outcomes depend on coordination and influence

• Experience with large-scale transformation or strategy work

• Confidence working with a range of roles, including architects, analysts, policy leads, designers, and senior stakeholders
