Job summary

Senior Delivery Managers (ESRM Programme) | SC Cleared | London/Newcastle | Hybrid

We are currently supporting a major Governance, Risk, Assurance and Security transformation programme and are looking for two experienced Senior Delivery Managers to join a high-profile engagement delivering critical organisational change across a complex, regulated environment. These roles will focus on either leading programme-level delivery across multiple Governance, Risk & Assurance workstreams or driving the implementation and continuous improvement of a new operating model. Working closely with senior stakeholders, governance boards and multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee planning, governance, RAID management, delivery assurance, business readiness, stakeholder engagement and the successful delivery of change outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in complex transformation programmes, organisational change, operating model development, governance frameworks and Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, ideally within government, security, risk, assurance or other highly regulated sectors. Active SC Clearance is required. Contract duration is 4-5 months, paying £575-£600 per day (Inside IR35), with a hybrid working pattern (2 days onsite) in either London or Newcastle.
