Base Location: Reading

Salary: £66,100- £99,100 + a performance-related bonus, car allowance and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Role

Lead and manage a central programme services function, providing governance, financial management, supplier oversight, and project reporting to ensure robust programme delivery across business and technology initiatives.

You Will

• Line management of a cross-functional team including PMO Analysts, Finance and Budget Analysts, Supplier and Contract Leads, ADO Project Standards and Reporting Lead, and Agile Coaches.
• Oversee programme governance, financial oversight, supplier performance, and adherence to delivery standards.
• Own programme-level reporting, including integrated dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and executive-level updates.
• Establish and embed project delivery standards across the programme.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery assurance and governance processes.

You Have

• Proven leadership experience in PMO, programme services, or delivery assurance roles within large-scale programmes.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery services teams.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, budget management, and supplier governance.
• Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) tooling and project reporting frameworks.
