Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex, cross‑functional programmes in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Delivery of programmes involving significant technology change and front‑to‑back process impacts across multiple functions.
• Strong governance capability including planning, critical-path management, dependency and risk control, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate regulatory and strategic commitments into executable delivery plans and outcomes.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives, clearing and post‑trade events to understand programme deliverables.
• Experience working with business and change analysts and separating delivery accountability from analysis ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to prepare high‑quality programme documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CDSClear’s most complex strategic, regulatory, resilience and commercial transformation initiatives.
• Own assigned programmes from inception through delivery in line with change policies and governance.
• Develop briefs, business cases, delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Establish governance, controls, reporting and decision routes.
• Coordinate across Risk, Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, Finance and Shared Services.
• Manage milestones, dependencies and sequencing to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide transparent status, recommendations and decision support to senior management.
