Job summary

LSEG, London-based, is seeking a Business Programme Manager for CDSClear transformation. You will bridge strategy and delivery, coordinating across business and technology to drive complex regulatory and resilience projects.

You will collaborate with the Lead Change Analyst, own integrated delivery, governance, and milestones, and report to the Head of Transformation. The role offers a blended workplace model in London.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes in financial services or regulated environments.
• Delivery of programmes involving significant technology change and front-to-back process impacts.
• Strong programme governance capability including planning, dependency management, risk/issue control, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate commitments into executable plans and coordinated delivery outcomes.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives, clearing, and risk concepts relevant to CDSClear.
• Experience with business/change analysts and separation of delivery vs analysis ownership.
• Solid understanding of software delivery life cycle and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CDSClear transformation initiatives, aligning with business objectives and regulatory commitments.
• Own programmes from inception to delivery under governance processes.
• Develop briefs, business cases, and roadmaps for initiatives.
• Establish governance forums, controls, and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across Risk, Operations, Product, Technology, Legal and Finance.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, and budgets to stay on time and within scope.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to senior management and steering committees.
• Lead regulatory and supervisory implementation activities and evidence collection.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Secure resources and align CDSClear roadmap with stakeholders.
