Job summary

The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for the World Check One team in the Nottingham/London-based Risk Intelligence Engineering organisation. You will drive delivery across multiple agile teams, shape delivery practices, and partner with engineering, product, and operations to achieve strategic objectives.

Reporting to a Delivery Manager, you will mentor teams, coordinate dependencies, and lead initiatives to improve delivery metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior delivery lead or scrum master role within Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and scaling approaches.
• Experience managing complex dependencies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with strategic product and technology roadmaps.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery planning, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across teams. Champion Agile best practices and coach delivery teams in scrum or kanban practices.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Delivery Excellence: Establish and maintain delivery metrics, reporting frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and impediments.
