Job Summary
As our senior delivery lead you will be working collaboratively to create the most ambitious high-quality solutions that will benefit the thousands of people who need our support every year.

You will be leading and working with our multi-disciplinary teams and reporting on progress to a wide variety of stakeholders ranging from board members to technical developers and suppliers.
Alongside the day job, you will form part of the product and delivery community of practice, working with heads of other product centres to ensure alignment in the organisation and sharing and learning experiences and best practice.
The post requires significant autonomy and initiative as well the ability to inspire a team. The post suits an individual who are confident in their ability to deliver, productive under pressure, takes ownership of deliverables but knows when to ask for approvals or guidance.
Clinical Services supports patients by providing a diverse range of testing laboratories, therapeutic services, blood stem cell collection and issue, and research and development activities. There are very few other jobs where you can use your skills and experience to save and improve the lives of patients with a whole range of diseases in the UK and across the world.
Note: This role offers a hybrid working option, primarily remote with occasional travel to main centres (Barnsley, Birmingham centre, Bristol Filton, Manchester Centre, Tooting Centre, Colindale Centre) based on business requirements. The base location will be finalized after the final interview outcome.
