Job summary

Edenbrook is seeking a specialist in delegated authority governance to coordinate DA arrangements, review submissions, and monitor approvals and due diligence. The role emphasizes data-driven oversight of coverholders, DCAs and delegated facilities, with a focus on governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

The incumbent will work with Lloyd's market systems (Atlas, DCOM, DAM, Crystal+, PBQA) and contribute to risk-based audit programmes while coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general insurance and Lloyd's delegated authority principles.
• Understanding of the DA lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, contract review, audit, ongoing monitoring, renewals, remediation and termination activity.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to interpret data, MI and exception reporting to support governance and decision-making.
• Ability to identify, document and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and workstreams under pressure.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and explain technical matters clearly.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel; Power BI or similar reporting capability desirable.
• Knowledge of underwriting, workflow and document management systems such as Subscribe, ImageRight or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of Lloyd’s delegated systems and tools, including Atlas, DCOM, DAM, Crystal+ and PBQA, preferred.
• Progress towards ACII, CII or equivalent market qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delegated arrangements incl binding authorities, lineslips, consortia and master policies.
• Review submissions for completeness, appetite, scope and required input.
• Maintain DA approval trackers and evidence of actions.
• Oversee Coverholders, DCAs and delegated facilities with due diligence and data quality.
• Assist renewal, remediation or exit activity with evidence and recommendations.
• Administer audit programme across Lloyd's delegated systems.
• Monitor tasks in Atlas, DCOM, DAM, Crystal+ and PBQA for accuracy and evidence.
