Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Defence delivery leader to drive engagement delivery across MOD and Defence clients. You will shape requirements, lead project teams, and advance capabilities and acquisitions knowledge within the MOD account.

The role offers opportunities to influence major programmes, contribute to business development, and grow with a global technology and transformation partner.

Qualifications

• MOD Delivery Management experience in Defence/MOD; Senior Manager candidates require 10+ years.
• Experience delivering or supporting Major Defence Programmes across the CADMID cycle.
• Military Domain Experience and understanding of the Defence operating model.
• Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
• Selling into the MOD – experience building propositions and delivering solutions.
• Business development leveraging relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of engagements across Defence and MOD clients.
• Support growth and account development of the MOD account within Public Sector Unit.
• Lead on developing MOD Capability and Acquisition knowledge.
• Develop people and lead project teams delivering client engagements.
• Stay at the forefront of defence innovation, technology, and transformation.
• Shape requirements, benefits and user journeys with clients and end users.
• Roles available at Senior Manager or Managing Consultant level depending on experience.
