Capgemini Invent is expanding its Defence team in the UK, delivering transformation for MOD and Defence clients. You will lead engagements, shape requirements, and drive measurable improvements while working across strategy, technology and data.

We seek senior professionals with Defence/MOD delivery expertise, strong consulting background, and a track record in matrixed environments. Flexible hybrid work is supported across major UK locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Delivery Experience within Defence/MOD; SM candidates – 10 years+.
• Experience delivering/supporting Major Defence Programmes across the CADMID cycle.
• Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support for consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of engagements across Defence and MOD clients.
• Support growth and account development of the MOD account within Public Sector Unit.
• Lead on developing MOD Capability and Acquisition knowledge across the MOD account.
• Develop people and lead project teams delivering client engagements.
