Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Leader to oversee strategy, development and management of the Debt Services Product Domain in the UK. Define the product proposition, manage the current portfolio including Recoveries Management Services, and road-map New Product Initiatives per SPB/PMHB.

You will lead a high-performing product team, ensure FCA regulatory compliance, and collaborate with private and public sector debt clients to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial services and public sector debt management.
• Deep knowledge of FCA regulations (Consumer Duty, CONC).
• Experience leading Debt Services products, collections, or DCAs.
• Strong UK network across private/public sector debt clients.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement the product strategy for the Debt Services domain.
• Own the product proposition and manage the existing portfolio (e.g., Recoveries Management Services).
• Create product roadmaps and deliver New Product Initiatives (NPI).
• Lead the Product team in ideation and execution per the SPB and PMHB.
